My fiance and I came in to the diamond room and immediately were greeted and taken care of. We both got our rings here and hers was perfect from the start, they custom fit a band to a diamond we had and it turned out amazing. My ring was also custom made and there was a bit of a mishap but when we brought it to their attention they fixed it no questions asked. They were extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. We would recommend the diamond room to anyone!

Ken is absolutely amazing. My fiancée and I requested a custom ring with a challenging shape and he got it done in two weeks! And its absolutely perfect. He was extremely knowledgeable and did it when other shops could not. The diamonds he chose are gorgeous and the ring looks so pretty!

The Diamond room is Great! My wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring were over 40 years old and the wedding ring was custom made . It broke and the engagement ring was showing wear. The process for repair was explained and we were given no pressure options.The repair came out flawless and the set looks better than new. The Diamond room will be our go to Jeweler! Very personalized experience from beginning to end. You will not find this service at a mainstream jeweler. They remembered who my wife and I were a year after our purchase! Not only that but the jeweler himself is extremely polished and knowledgeable about diamonds - lab grown and natural - and will spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. The best part is they have little magnets on the different diamond shapes and different bands so you customize your dream ring. Highly recommend.

I have probably gone to a dozen different jewelers looking for the wedding band to add to my ring as a 5 year anniversary gift. Nothing was ever exactly what I wanted so I finally sat down and drew my vision. I went into Diamond Room with a drawing and a vision and they made it come to life. It turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They were a dream to work with from the second we stepped foot in the store. They gave me guidance on what stones they thought would be good and said they could complete my design and no problem. I couldn’t recommend them more! They blew me out of the water with the results and there is no other ring out there like it.

We traveled from Salt Lake City to visit them in Ogden, you’d be foolish not to visit them. It’s a pleasure to work with such a comprehensive, friendly and passionate jeweler. Professional every step of the way, the showroom is fantastic. Ken and the team (his family) are realistic, polite and very knowledgeable. They built a confidence that The Diamond Room would exceed any expectation we had. He treated my fiancé amazing well with an engagement ring resizing, which wasn’t purchased through The Diamond Room. So well that we came back to purchase a wedding ring. A completely custom ring that was original start to finish. Ken was able to meet with us and from my fiancés’s hopes and dreams, he crafted a truly one of a kind ring. Not only encompassing what she wanted and had envisioned, but also with the foresight to build it comfortably for her to wear everyday. We were both blown away by the results. I can’t speak enough good things about the whole operation. Punctual, friendly, inviting, passionate but most importantly honest. The customer care made you feel like you were working with a family friend. The Diamond Room, cares about your happiness with their product and service. Try finding that at any big brand jeweler. We had such a wonderful experience at the Diamond Room, all thanks to Kenneth. He went above and beyond to make our granddaughter’s birthday truly special while she got her permanent jewelry. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Before even starting on her anklet, he took the time to clean and inspect the rest of our jewelry, which we really appreciated. It showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers and their experience. What meant the most was how he made our granddaughter feel. He surprised her with a stuffed bear and a box of candy, which absolutely made her day. You could see how excited and special she felt, and that’s something we won’t forget. Kenneth provided amazing service from start to finish. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable and personal experience!
